Services
- Developing, in consultation with the customer, the most advantageous strategy for proceeding during tax, customs and tax inspections or tax proceedings
- Representation of customers in tax proceedings, as well as in proceedings before administrative courts.
- Support in preparing responses to inspection calls
- Representing customers during witness hearings - ensuring that the content of the witness's testimony is reliably reflected in the report;
- Support for persons acting on behalf of taxpayers in penal fiscal proceedings initiated instrumentally in order to suspend the limitation period.
- Preparation and submission of appeals in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts (reservations to the inspection report, appeals, complaints, cassation complaints).
