Independent Tax Compliance Audit (NAFP) and tax compliance audit
A tax compliance audit is an important part of tax management and a basis for the development of the company. The National Revenue Administration requires the taxpayers to ensure that their internal control systems are efficient and effective. The Independent Tax Compliance Audit is a prerequisite for entering into the Cooperative Compliance Program.
The implementation of the “Polish Deal” and the introduction of the obligation to publish information on tax strategies present a great challenge for taxpayers. Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance plans to extend the information obligations for corporate income taxpayers whose data from tax returns are publicly published. Additionally, there are more and more entities joining the Cooperative Compliance Program, which requires the creation of the efficient Tax Control Framework. The Cooperative Compliance Program allows for close and real cooperation with the revenue administration in fulfilling tax obligations.
