Scope of the training
During the training, the legal issues and practical aspects will be presented in connection with termination of employment contracts pursuant to the Act of 13 March 2003 on special rules regarding the termination of employment relationships for reasons beyond the employees’ control – as part of collective redundancies and the so-called individual dismissals.
The subject of the training may be interesting especially for employers, HR directors, HR specialists which may face the restructuring of the employing establishment and optimization of employment due to the situation in the country.
