Court and administrative proceedings constitute an essential area of our activity. We represent Clients in proceedings before courts of general jurisdiction of all instances, administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court. We actively participate in determining strategies at each stage of the proceedings, including the pre-court stage. We carry out thorough and multifaceted analysis of disputable issues. Our aim is to make the most effective use of the available legal remedies and to meet the clients’ claims as fully as possible or protect their legitimate rights.

- Pre-court stage – professional support in resolving disputes at the pre-court stage through mediation and settlement negotiations; preparation of final calls; collection of evidence; assessment of opportunities and risks in the possible proceedings with recommendations.
