Succession planning

We ensure development and implementation of succession processes. In cooperation with partners from the field of economy and management, we prepare individualized Succession Reports containing relevant succession instructions. As part of the solutions proposed, we provide comprehensive handling of the intergenerational transfer of assets, including the legal, tax, business and economic aspects.

 

We propose the solutions adjusted to the Client’s needs, his/her family situation and nature of the assets to be the subject of succession.

 

We are actively engaged in the initiatives supporting the idea of family businesses and in the works of teams developing legal solutions adjusted and dedicated to this type of entities.

 

We participate in the works of the Family Business Council of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers (PKPP) Lewiatan.

Succession counseling in family businesses

  • Support in formulating the Honorable Senior’s vision

Succession planning – transfer of assets based on the mortis causa actions

  • Analysis of the family connections with regard to statutory succession
  • Preparation of testaments using available inheritance law institutions – specific bequests, bequests, instructions
  • Preparation of legal solutions as regards succession by minors – guardianship, management of the property
  • Analysis of financial consequences of the planned testate succession – calculation of legitim fund

Family governance
