Scope of the audit
- Verification of the currently valid procedures and documents as regards anti-mobbing proceedings (in terms of their compliance with the provisions of law, effectiveness, transparency)
- Preparation of documentation drafts necessary for the proper implementation of the obligation to prevent mobbing and protecting the employer against any possible claims
