We help to counteract economic and fiscal offences within the enterprise’s structures. We provide advice and represent the collective entities in connection with sanctions under the Act on Liability of Collective Entities.

- Counteracting economic and fiscal offences in the enterprise’s structures – implementation of the solutions provided for in the Act on Liability of Collective Entities for acts prohibited under penalty, such as: carrying out an audit of the enterprise’s structure, development and implementation of appropriate organizational procedures and solutions.
