Scope of the training

We encourage all entrepreneurs, especially HR specialists to take part in the training.

The training is devoted to legal regulations as regards entering into employment contracts, with particular attention paid to the establishment of the employment relationship and preparation of necessary employment documentation, change of working conditions, as well as termination of employment relationship – involving the question of correctness of the employer’s statement on the employment contract termination. The participants will also learn about legal regulations in terms of employment rules, duration of specific agreements, and about the issues of necessary employment documentation. Additionally, the issues of personal data protection are presented, including the employer’s liability for violating the personal data protection provisions.
