Services
- Bankruptcy proceedings – preparation of a bankruptcy petition; lodgment of a claim; determination of a list of claims; exclusion from the bankruptcy estate; control and valuation of bankruptcy estate; control of distribution plans; communication with a bankruptcy trustee and the official receiver.
- Court restructuring – preparation and execution of the best arrangement proposals in the court restructuring proceedings; preparation and negotiation of the necessary pre- and post-arrangement standstill, pactum de non petendo agreements, financing contracts, corporate agreements; adjustment of the enterprise corporate and asset structure to the future arrangement; employment reorganization; development of a legal framework for obtaining funding for the future restructuring by means of credit agreements, public aid or public debt restructuring.
- Out-of-court debt restructuring – making out-of-court settlements with private creditors and instalment settlements with Social Insurance Institution, Internal Revenue Office and other public creditors; consulting in the field of obtaining new funding.
