We provide counseling at almost every stage of public procurement procedure – starting from its preparation to the choice of the most favorable tender and contract conclusion.

We represent both parties of the procurement procedure before the National Appeal Chamber and courts of general jurisdiction.

- Counseling during the proceedings – support for the contracting entities during the examination and assessment of tenders, selection of the most favorable tender, communication with contractors, contract conclusion; analysis of the conditions of participation in the procedure in terms of their fulfilment by the contractors competing for a contract; support for the contractors in the communication with the contracting entities, e.g. when formulating requests for clarification of content of the terms of reference; support for contracts in preparation and submission of tenders, as well as the subjective and objective evidence.
