She specializes in providing corporate services to business entities and in company transformation processes (transformation, merger and division of companies), as well as in succession planning in business.

Since the Family Foundation Act came into force, she has carried out and supervised comprehensive processes for establishing family foundations and introducing assets to the foundation.

• She supervises and coordinates transformation of companies in all configurations
• She carries out changes to the capital structure of companies
• She prepares internal corporate acts of companies, foundations, associations and chambers of commerce

• She carries out succession proceedings in family businesses
• Lecturer of the subject “Succession in Business” at the MBA postgraduate studies at the Center for Postgraduate Studies of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow
• Speaker at numerous trainings and webinars on succession and family foundations
