- He represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts in tax disputes as well as in criminal tax cases
- He is engaged in tax advisory as regards CIT, PIT, VAT, civil law transaction tax, real estate tax and international taxes, including the preparation of legal and tax opinions as well as requests for individual tax interpretations
- He conducts and supervises business restructurings (including mergers, divisions and transformations of companies) as well as transactions concerning the sale of companies, real estate, stocks and shares
- He has extensive experience in providing legal and tax advice on the establishment and operation of family foundations
- He advices on transfer pricing, withholding tax (WHT) and reporting of tax schemes (MDR), including drafting of internal due diligence procedures
- He has experience in implementing tax reliefs for innovation, including R&D relief, as well as in providing tax advice on the implementation of the so-called Estonian CIT
- He performs tax reviews and audits
