• She specializes in matters within the scope and individual and collective labor law, legal issues relating to social insurance, but also in providing legal services to entrepreneurs in the field of commercial, civil and administrative law

EXPERIENCE

• She advises Polish and international entities in labor law matters
• She supports HR departments in staff matters, e.g. within the scope of employment optimization; individual and collective redundancies
• She provides assistance to Clients in drafting and gives opinions on internal regulations
• She carries out legal and labor audits
• She represents Clients in court disputes in the field of labor and social insurance law
• She conducts the explanatory proceedings in matters relating to mobbing for the Clients
• She is engaged in preparation, negotiation and giving opinions on contracts in the field of labor, civil and commercial law

• Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszow
• She completed partial studies at the Faculty of Law at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville (Spain) in English
• She completed postgraduate studies in labor law at the Department of Labor and Social Policy Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University
