• She specializes in matters of criminal law, especially commercial criminal law and tax criminal law

EXPERIENCE

• She acts as a defense counsel and attorney for victims in criminal proceedings
• She advises individual Clients and business entities in day-to-day issues
• She is engaged in drawing up legal opinions, analyses and reports on criminal law and criminal procedure issues
• She coordinates and implements solutions stipulated in the draft act on the liability of collective entities for acts prohibited under penalty, e.g. she carries out audits of enterprise structure, develops appropriate organizational procedures and solutions

• Advocate since 2019
• Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszow
• She completed postgraduate studies in fiscal and economic criminal law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University
