EXPERIENCE

• He has over twenty years of experience in legal and tax advisory for business, including practice in conducting business negotiations with domestic and foreign contractors and in conducting advisory, legal and tax projects, in matters of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and optimization. He worked for leading Polish companies, e.g. from the furniture, dyeing, consumer goods and automotive industries
• He is a speaker at many conferences and workshops in the field of tax law, commercial law and legal security (Compliance, White Collar)

EDUCATION

• Attorney since 2016
• Legal Counsel in the years 2006 - 2013
• A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (award for the best master's thesis)
• He completed legal counsel training at District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Rzeszów (1st place in the country in the professional exam)
