  • She drafts and reviews civil-law and commercial agreements;
  • She has prepared and conducted numerous company formation and transformation processes, as well as assisted in setting up sole proprietorships;
  • She has drafted and reviewed documents and internal regulations relating to the corporate governance of business entities;
  • She has handled the establishment and ongoing legal support of family foundations.

 

EDUCATION

 

  • Admitted to the Bar in 2025;
  • She graduated in Law from the University of Rzeszów and also completed an English-taught Bachelor’s degree in Management, specialising in Aviation Management, at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów.
