• He specializes in intellectual property in all practical aspects (identification of intellectual assets, development of strategies for intellectual property protection, registration of patents, trademarks, industrial designs, litigation, valuation and preparation of opinions)

EXPERIENCE

• In his many years of practice, he has advised business entities in optimizing the intellectual achievements of enterprises, helping to obtain and protect intellectual property rights in the country and abroad
• As part of his practice, he conducted many court and administrative proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the Office for Intellectual Property of the European Union (EUIPO), WIPO and also supervised, together with foreign partners, proceedings before the US Patent Office and the Patent Office of the People's Republic of China
• As a trial lawyer, he conducted many disputes regarding industrial property and combating unfair competition
• As a court expert in the scope of intellectual property assessment at the Regional Court in Krakow, he also deals with the development of valuations and opinions regarding values and infringements of intellectual property rights at the request of courts, prosecutors and police and also performs valuations at the request of enterprises
• He also conducted numerous courses and trainings in the field of intellectual property

• In 2091 he defended his doctorate at the University of Economics in Krakow in the field of intangible assets valuation
• A graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University
• A graduate of postgraduate studies in industrial property law at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in tax consultancy at the University of Economics in Krakow
