• She specializes in civil and commercial court proceedings, drawing up and verifying civil law contracts, as well as in disputes arising under public procurement law

EXPERIENCE

• She has a lot of experience in conducting court proceedings, representing both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs before courts of general jurisdiction
• She is experienced in conducting mediation proceedings, with a particular focus on economic mediation
• She is engaged in preparation, negotiation and giving opinions on civil law contracts, with a particular focus on construction work contracts
• Mediator of the Arbitration Court at the Financial Supervision Authority and also a permanent mediator at the Regional Court in Krakow

EDUCATION

• Attorney-in-Law since 2015
• Graduate of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University and postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University
• She completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the Faculty of Finance at Krakow University of Economics
