• He specializes in individual and collective labor law matters and in the issue of public aid connected with the employment of employees with disabilities. Additionally, as part of his responsibilities, he provides support to entrepreneurs with regard to law and administrative and court proceedings

EXPERIENCE

• He has wide experience in providing legal services within the scope of labor law and social insurance
• He takes part in ongoing advice on HR law, particularly in the field of establishing and terminating the employment relationship, employee’s public law obligations, collective and individual redundancies
• He prepares and implements internal labor law regulations
• He monitors legal changes and helps clients in their implementation
• He is responsible for conducting audits of documents and internal regulations
• He advises on optimizing contributions to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People
• He represents clients in court and administrative proceedings
• He conducts specialized labor law training and webinars
• He is an author of numerous publications, particularly in the field of labor law and employment of people with disabilities

• Attorney-at-law since 2013
• Graduate of Law and International Relations at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
• He has completed postgraduate labor law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw
