Succession consulting

People are the most important assets of every company that determine its success or defeat, as well as the financial result. Efficient management of human resources, competent dispute resolution, responding to the changing reality and trends on the labor market and legal environment are the challenges that the HR departments have to deal with in almost every company.

For years we have provided employers with comprehensive consulting in terms of labor and social insurance law in the broadest sense understood. We make every effort to ensure that the solutions we propose are effective, take the business aspects into account and mitigate risks as far as possible. We support our clients in building good relationships with their employees.

We offer ongoing legal support in all matters connected with employing staff. We prepare any necessary documents and contracts. We represent the employers in individual and collective litigation and we also provide consulting during merger and acquisition processes.
