Environment protection

The environment protection law is one of the most dynamically developing branches of law affecting almost every entrepreneur. Carrying out business activity without encountering any regulations from this area is currently almost impossible. Failure to comply with the environmental provisions may result in severe consequences, such as blocking of the investment project, financial penalties or criminal law consequences.

As part of the practice, we help to comply with numerous regulations within the scope of environment protection law. Our advisory includes, e.g. assessment of the impact on the environment, waste management regulations, emission of gas, noise, water, wastewater, greenhouse gases, recycling, REACH.
