Scope of the audit

  • Analysis of land and mortgage register (entries and references);
  • Analysis of data from the Land and Property Register (size of real estate, designation, existing development);
  • Establishment of the applicable planning acts, assessment of the possibility of obtaining the development conditions);
  • Analysis of restrictions on the disposal of real estate, statutory pre-emption right (e.g. the Act on Real Estate Management, Act on the Protection of Monuments, Act on Forests, Act on Structuring the Agricultural System; on purchasing real estate by foreigners; Water Law; Act on Environment Protection).
  • Subjecting the real estate to the exclusion from civil law transactions;
  • Analysis of data specifying the restrictions on the development – the assessment of the feasibility of development planned by the Client
