Under the brand AXELO Succession, we carry out activities that ensure development and effective implementation of succession processes. In cooperation with partners from the field of economy and management, we prepare individualized succession models. As part of the proposed solutions, we provide comprehensive handling of intergenerational transfer of assets, including the legal, tax, business and economic aspects. Depending on the Client’s needs and nature of the projects carried out, we also cooperate with specialists from other fields, such as management and psychology.

 

We propose solutions adjusted to the Client’s needs, his/her family situation and nature of the assets to be the subject of succession. The significant element of the projects carried out is a process of securing the private and business assets in the context of implementing changes aimed at the intergenerational succession.

The Institute of Family Foundations is an association of legal and natural persons who promote the model of family entrepreneurship. The role of the Institute is also the education and factual support for the entrepreneurs, especially the owners of family businesses, successors and members of the management boards, supervisory boards of family businesses and future family foundations.

 

The founders of the Institute, owners and practitioners of AXELO Prawo i Podatki – Radosław Ostrowski i Dariusz Domagalski have many years of experience in developing the models of succession processes aimed at family business structures. The Institute of Family Foundations has not only a full legal and tax background. As a result of cooperation with experienced specialists, it also provides comprehensive support in planning and carrying out the intergenerational transfer and in developing and implementing the best solutions in the economic and organizational field.
