Scope of the training

In the recent years, the problem of mobbing in the employing establishments has been very much talked about. The practice indicates that mobbing is a phenomenon characteristic for employing establishment, especially institutions with rigid, hierarchical structures. Due to the fact that preventing mobbing is one of the basic, code-based obligations of each employer, it is significant that any person managing the employing establishment should take appropriate measures to prevent mobbing at work.

The purpose of the training is, for example, to discuss the examples of behavior which may be present in the employing establishment, explain what measures the employer should take to eliminate or minimize the possibility of mobbing occurrence and indicate what precautions should be implemented to protect against the employees’ claims as regards mobbing.
