ESG reporting

Is a key process as part of which the companies provide detailed information on their environmental, social and governance impacts. The ESG reporting is connected with the implementation of the so-called CSRD directive, i.e. the directive concerning corporate sustainability reporting. We are specialists in ESG advisory, we support companies in setting up coherent sustainable development strategies. We help with non-financial reporting, in accordance with the international standards. We also offer help with ESG audits and support in developing effective environmental, social and governance strategies.

In accordance with the provisions of the directive implemented, the companies will be held accountable for meeting the obligations progressively and the decisive criterion in this case is the size of the entities.
The thresholds for reporting in individual groups for individual years are as follows:

2024

The largest public interest entities (e.g. issuers, banks, insurance companies) and public interest entities at the head of the largest groups of companies

The first report must be submitted in 2025 for the year 2024.

2025

Other large entities and entities at the head of large groups of companies

The first report must be submitted in 2026 for the year 2025.

2026

SMEs-issuers from the regulated market, excluding micro-enterprises

The first report should be submitted in 2027 for the year 2026 with the option to postpone until 2028

2028

Certain Polish subsidiaries and branches whose ultimate parent company or stand-alone entity is outside the EEA

The first report should be submitted in 2029 for the year 2028.
