EXPERIENCE

• She has a lot of experience in conducting court disputes, also including negotiations and mediation
• She conducts mediation in civil and commercial matters, she is an active mediator included in the list of permanent mediators and a mediator of the Mediation Center at Rzeszow Bar Association
• She supervises and coordinates matters in the field of debt collection and enforcement
• She is engaged in giving opinions on and negotiating contracts
• She represents Clients in court disputes and negotiations
• In 2007-2016, she worked as a judicial assistant in the District Court and Regional Court in Rzeszow
• Before joining Axelo, she gained professional experience in the Law Firm of Advocates and Attorneys-at-Law where she provided legal services to business entities and natural persons, especially in the field of civil and commercial law

EDUCATION

• Attorney-at-Law since 2016
• Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University
• She completed a legal training in court and in 2007, she passed a judge’s exam
• In 2017, she completed the “School of Mediation”
• She completed postgraduate studies for mediators in the field of mediation in commercial matters
• A participant of trainings and conferences in the field of mediation, changes in civil procedure including the issues of international disputes
