  • He represents Clients in litigation, especially in corporate, construction disputes, disputes in the field of Swiss franc loans, real estate, energy industry, warranty, guarantee, damages, medical malpractice, including the international disputes
  • He draws up and provides opinions on commercial contracts, particularly the construction works contracts and contracts concerning security for debts (registered pledge, mortgage)
